Good afternoon!
It’s been another busy couple of weeks across the 74th District! I’ve had the chance to attend several community events and connect with people throughout the district. I’m also joining my fellow House Republicans as we push for greater accountability in state government before we return to Springfield for veto session.
As always, please feel free to reach out to my office at any time. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 815-561-3690.
LIG Vacancy is an Opportunity for Real Ethics Reform

With the vacancy in the Legislative Inspector General’s office, we have a chance to strengthen the credibility of this office and update our ethics laws. Simply filling the vacancy is just not enough. We need substantial change to restore trust and ensure future investigations are handled correctly. Community Outreach

I joined the Reagan Mass Transit District in Oregon for their recent groundbreaking. Public transportation is very important in rural areas, especially for some of our most vulnerable populations. I appreciated the opportunity to be there and celebrate alongside our community!

Congratulations to CORA Physical Therapy for becoming a new member of the Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce! CORA has been serving the Sterling area for years, providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services to our community. Glad to have them as part of the Chamber!

I had a great time in Rochelle for Night on the Downtown! It was a fun evening with vendors, shopping, music, and plenty of people out enjoying downtown. Thanks to everyone who helped put together a great night in Rochelle!

Congratulations to Thriveworks on celebrating their one-year anniversary! My team joined them for a ribbon-cutting to mark the occasion.

I had a great time visiting Mendota High School to talk with students about civics. After the presentation, we opened it up for questions, and the students were incredibly engaged! It was really exciting to see their enthusiasm for state government. Thanks to Mendota High School for having me!

My team joined the Rock Falls Chamber to celebrate the new space at 7:24 Fitness on the Rock! Their expanded space looks great and gives them even more room to provide personal training and support to their members. Congratulations to the entire 7:24 Fitness team!
