Construction Update: Work on Illinois 78

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: The Illinois Department of Transportation is beginning work on Illinois 78 in Morrison starting on May 1st. Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through the area. This project is scheduled to be completed in November.
